Well, balls. My internet connection has been crappy lately and I've just not been having that playing feeling. BUT Garrus should probably care about red thread shit I'm willing to backdate?! IDK anyway I'm going to Phoenix for two weeks but I'll probably be able to play thanks to laptop. If not then surprise hiatus :x

I'm going to be pretty busy for the next two weeks or so, which will be capped off by being buried by highly anticipated brand new videogames ssoooo I am calling a not!hiatus from now until the second week of November or so.

A small detail I just noticed:

A new free 10-page comic that introduces the new character James Vega and sets up the intro fro ME3. Read it over here. It follows up the Arrival DLC, so spoilers for that if you haven't played it yet.

Some things that I noticed!

- New alien race?! There are two panels with some bug dudes walking around! Bug dudes that are not Collectors or Keepers or Rachni!
- Krogan bartender!!!
- SPACE CARDS

Also! Confirmation that the level cap in ME3 is lvl 60 (as in ME1); Imported Sheps start out at whatever level they finished 2 at. Yessssssssssss

"The Voice of Video Games - A Podcast with Tom Bissell and Jennifer Hale" @ the New Yorker.

Talks a lot about Hale playing Shepard and touches on why people play male vs. female Shepard, and so forth. Plus Hale demonstrates Shepard ordering pizza. If I knew anything about video editing I would splice it in with Shepard's speech before the end run of ME2.

Moving Forward on Race In Games: Manveer Heir Speaks @ Gamasutra

Heir is one of the lead designers on ME3 and this is definitely worth a read.
